Calabogie Lake Boiler

CALABOGIE LAKE, ONTARIO
BACK

Picture

INFORMATION

In the past, the K&P railway traversed Calabogie Lake, with the primary lake lying to the right and Grassy Bay to the left.

According to reports, an old boiler was spotted in the water during the 1970s, and its riveted construction suggests it dates back to a time prior to the 1940s when welded construction became more common.
