Located 115 km north of Gatineau/Ottawa, in the municipality of Blue Sea, Mount Morissette occupies an area of 589 hectares and rises to a height of 400 meters. Outdoor enthusiasts will greatly appreciate the 13 km of marked hiking trails through the mountain, also accessible in the winter for snowshoeing. An 18 meter observation tower offers breathtaking views of the Valley: 360° of scenery. At the summit you will find a shelter with wood stove, a lookout and a heritage fire tower and educational panels on the history of fire towers.
