INFORMATION

Between 1956 and 1957, the property was held under option by Coballoy Mines and Refiners Limited. This company sank an adit for a total distance of 91.4m with two drifts totaling 39.6m.

52 pits/trenches and 3,287 ft of drilling (21 holes)


Primary Commodities: Uranium
Secondary Commodities: Thorium

The occurrence lies 250 m to the west on Nogies Creek.

Nogies creek has beautiful clear water as well as a large pile of tailings. 
This mine was successfully rehabilitated.

PLEASE NOTE: We found somewhat higher than normal levels of radiation in the underground workings. Therefore we do not recommend, nor indorse entering the underground workings. ​
